By accessing or using the services of Nimble Lombard Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Provided

Nimble Lombard Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary based on location, project requirements, and other factors. All service agreements are subject to site assessment and mutual agreement between Nimble Lombard Tree Service and the client.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Nimble Lombard Tree Service are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. We will notify clients of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of service. Clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered according to agreed-upon terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including the location of underground utilities, property boundaries, and any relevant restrictions or easements. Clients must obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for tree work on their property.

Clients must ensure clear access to work areas and remove any obstacles that may interfere with service delivery. Clients are responsible for securing pets and ensuring the safety of occupants during service delivery.

5. Liability and Insurance

Nimble Lombard Tree Service maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take reasonable precautions to protect client property during service delivery. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for damage to underground utilities, structures, or landscaping that were not disclosed or marked prior to service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and will address any issues resulting from our services. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or health of trees following treatment, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. We do not warrant against natural events, disease, or pest infestations that may occur after service completion.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. The prevailing party in any dispute may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Nimble Lombard Tree Service and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
